Philadelphia Works Good Jobs Challenge
Mint Marketing partnered with PhilaWorks to amplify the Good Jobs Challenge (GJC) program across Southeastern Pennsylvania, driving awareness and engagement among regional partners, employers, and job seekers. Our team developed and executed a comprehensive communications strategy, including branding, collateral development, and a data-driven outreach plan tailored to diverse audiences.
We created and launched a dedicated online resource hub, designed engaging social and digital campaigns, and produced a suite of marketing assets ranging from brand guidelines to printed materials. Additionally, we crafted recruitment strategies to inspire job seekers in high-demand fields like healthcare, infrastructure, and energy. By analyzing key performance metrics and providing actionable insights, we ensured that the campaign was measurable, impactful, and aligned with stakeholder priorities to deliver results that elevated GJC’s regional visibility and advanced its mission.
